Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily marketplace operations
- Optimize website performance
- Design and execute monthly campaign strategies
- Manage and optimize marketplace ads to increase traffic and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Ensure the quality of the customer experience in marketplace chats remains responsive, solution-oriented, and aligned with the brand tone
- Keep up with marketplace trends and competitors to develop more effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1â3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing
- Experienced in managing end-to-end operations of marketplace platforms
- Proficient in processing and analyzing data using Google Workspace
- Understanding of basic digital marketing (Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketplace campaign optimization)
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under targets and strict deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- â Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with our brand identity.
- Edit videos with CapCut to make them scroll-stopping and share-worthy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh, fun, and creative ideas.
- â Ensure all content feels on-brand, trendy, and visually appealing.
- â Stay updated with the latest social media trends and apply them creatively to content.
Requirements:
- A creative soul with a good eye for visuals (aesthetic is your second language!)
- â Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
- â Skilled in CapCut (bonus points if you love experimenting with transitions & effects).
- â Social media savvy, you know whatâs trending and how to ride the wave.
- â Passionate about storytelling through short-form video & engaging content.

- â Confident and expressive in front of the camera
- â Strong communication skills
- â Attractive appearance
- Minimum 6 months of live streaming experience is a plus
- â Fully committed and responsible for live streaming analysis & reporting
- â Willing to do live streaming on-site and follow the provided schedule
- â Base Salary + Additional Commission
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing brand social media or digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective digital strategies
- Strong creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, brand voice, and storytelling
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, or beauty industry will be a plus
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- In-depth understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X trends and best practices
- Strong analytical ability and understanding of performance metrics
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willing to be based in Surabaya
